No. We have no affiliation to GameTime.co the Ticket App. We represent GameTime Playgrounds and can't help with any ticket problems.
2. I need to have my playground inspected, is that something you can do?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to perform playground inspections. If you need your playground inspected, please call Rec Wise at 269-598-5383 or visit the list of registered Certified Playground Safety Inspectors through the NRPA website.
3. I have some damaged parts on my playground that need to be replaced, what do I need to do?
To accurately quote and provide you with the correct replacement parts, we need to find your original order number. To do this, we need your location (park, school etc.) as well as equipment. When we say equipment, we need pictures of both the damaged equipment specifically, as well as the entire structure to locate the original order. You can e-mail the pictures to us with your playground information.
4. I know what parts I need, but I can't find them on the website. How do I order them?
All parts orders and quotes are done through our office. Please email us with your specific information or questions and we can provide pricing on specific part numbers.
5. I have to replace the S Hooks on my swings, how do I do that?
GameTime makes S-Hook Pliers that help the installation of S-Hooks immensely. We are working on a video to help with the process without. Stay Tuned!
